We were there Saturday night w a party of 7 to celebrate. The vibe of the physical spot was super. They were able to seat us early so it was great. The service was pretty poor, for $30/plate dinners for sure and I never saw or was greeted by a manager or anyone asking how things were. The waiter made a lot of mistakes…he was nice enough but it seemed maybe he didn’t finish enough training to handle tables on his own. He brought 5 meals out while 2 of our group waited (5-10min). He never asked how the steaks etc were so we had to catch him to show him that the well done ordered steak was very pink inside. He took it back without apologizing and brought it back 2 minutes later still pink. I have to say some of us, myself included had really great meals but was hard to enjoy with all the commotion with everyone else’s orders. When my wife’s pasta came out (late) it was cold already!! When I ordered a double shot over ice he brought me two shot glasses full (?).My best guess is completely undertrained waiter and unfortunately no one checking up on his work/progress. Overall, for the caliber of place and the money spent…it wasn’t great.
