This place has so much potential but always falls short, the staff is great but none of them stick around long and the drinks / food is expensive. The drink selection is expansive, the food looks beautiful, sounds good, and smells good, but always falls short on flavor, each dish being and bland as the one before it. The menu seems to change a lot too.

Great Food! Great Service!. Party of 8, Monday after 5:00 p.m. Pleasant experience, food was delicious — rice & bean bowl with beef, Guacamole with mango was excellent! Drinks were tasty and strong. Our server, TJ, was efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Very unique spot. I will return on a summer evening; it was rather cold, dark and desolute down there in December. Restaurant validates parking in Troutman Sanders building, which was much appreciated.
