Yum. Good bagel. Good location. Friendly staff and owner. Lots of options and the bagels are fresh. My bagel was toasted but I did not ask it to be. But other than that, great bagel and I look forward to returning.
Disappointed. Has the downtown location changed hands? I have been going there for years for breakfast and this morning got a bagel that was at least 3+ days old. It was hard and tasted like it had been sitting out for days. Yuck. Not sure I will go back after that disappointing quality. I thought they were made fresh everyday.
CUPERTINO’S DELI. This is Garrett that works a couple blocks over, our company always orders breakfast from yall and i will actually be there today on my lunch break. You guys have the best food on main street never had any problems with anything, Walter is the man as well. See you guys today
Closest bagels Richmond has to NYC. The smell and taste is just like home.
Great Bagels. These are by far the best bagels I have had outside of the NY area (and without a doubt much better than many NY bagels). Yes, they run out of certain kinds and they can get irritated later in the day (not to mention their little sign discouraging credit cards), but keep in mind that they get up at 2am to make the darn bagels. This place is awesome and I go here as much as possible, despite a couple minor drawbacks..
Great Bagels / Weekend Hours Needed. Bagels are great. Call in orders are not always correct but I think that has more to do with the electronic order entry system – go back to pen and paper it works better! My only real complaint is there are no weekend hours. I know they serve the business market downtown but those of us who live close must drive out to short pump to get decent bagels on the weekends. The only option close is Jaks bagels in Carytown but those are awful! So, PLEASE open on the weekends or open another location in the fan or carytown.
I just left there. They close at 2pm.. I arrived like 5 till.. Thinking they closed at 3. I grabbe three onion bagesl(what they had left) the guy and girl behind the counter were not friendly at all. The young lady that was mopping the floor was.. I don’t understand that at all.
