Very good chicharron!!. Granted this restaurant is called Pollo Factory but we were looking for a cool place to eat lunch. As we perused the steam table, the chicharron looked to be fresh from the fryer so I decided to give it a try. The meal included 2 sides – in my case, rice & beans and green beans. With a bottle soda, the total was $11 – a bit pricey for lunch but the portion size of both the entree and the sides was quite generous. The chicharron was excellent – hot and fresh. Not greasy nor over-cooked – the pork pieces were tender and moist – easily cut with the supplied plastic utensils. The rice & beans and green beans were OK – nothing spectacular but good compliments to the chicharron. I’ll return again perhaps for the pollo!!
