I’ve been to Mosaic a few times and everytime the food is great! The staff, while sometimes a little slower at refills and other common dining needs, is always very nice and welcoming. Went to an event that was catered by Mosaic as well and was extremely impressed. I recommend eating here very much.
Cute decor and good food.
Subpar. I visited Mosaic about a week ago, and the food though very appealing was subpar. And what was worse the food was the service. It took forever to get a single item, and when the food came out it was overcooked. I saw the servers texting and chatting while my table just sat there. I can say that I will never visit this establishment again and will tell my friends to not waste their time either.
Horrible Service. Had reservations for 6:30. Had play tickets at 8:00. Sat there 10 minutes before anyone came over to us. 20 more minutes before our wine arrived. (horrible wine – was not offered a choice of brand) They still hadn’t taken our order. When we placed the order I noted the time, 7:05 to the waiter, told him we had tickets would our food make it in time. This resulted in receiving a half a cup of soup. ((I took a picture if anyone wants to see)) At 7:40 we still had no food. My friend went to cancel our order and magically the food appeared. We had 15 minutes to eat. It wasn’t just us, all the tables around us were complaining also. This was uacceptable and I will not be back.
Incredible!. I can’t believe this is in Suffolk. I second everything that’s been said so far. They have a great atmosphere and even better menu as well as many delicious vegetarian dishes and the desert was off the charts. I went for the first time this Tuesday and I’ll be back on Thursday!
Unbelievable shrimp & grits. Best I’ve ever had. Nobody seems to know about this place. It’s in the Suffolk Cultural Arts Center off main street. Great gorgonzola bacon salad, too. And, the waitress was HOT!
Diverse Menu. I feel like when I go here, I can always try something new that I can’t find at another restaurant- and it’s always fantastic. Never really busy, it’s a little hidden, but that’s part of its charm. Always have great service, and it’s affordable for the type of cuisine that you get.
