It’s a great price for the dinner combination since it comes with so much food. However, most of the food we received was either bland, like the soup, or over saturated with soy sauce. We would not pay that much for this restaurant again. Onto the next hibachi!
Awesome entertainment and really good food!! I have been to a lot of hibachi places and this one is the best. Only complaint would be that it is a bit loud. So if you have kids who don’t like it noisy, this may be a place to save for date night.
Well, let me start off by saying this wasn’t my first time at Ninja, but my last. I was accompanied by my mom and sister. I ordered the sushi combo and added miso soup and a house salad. The waiter brought my sisters soup and salad out and forgot mine, so I mentioned it to him and he brought it to me. The salad had so much dressing that you couldn’t tell that it was a salad. I just pushed it to the side. The waiter brought out the food, not mine. That came a little later. Ok, my food came and I had to ask for the sauce that I requested and chopsticks. The waiter was acting like I was getting on his reserved nerves. I was drinking water and I asked for a refill, he had a pitcher of water in his hand, but I asked could I get more ice? The waiter came back with my glass of water with the same amount of ice and I noticed a huge glob of spit in my water. I said to the waiter, did you spit you my water. He said huh, thats water and was trying to take the water from me. I requested the management and she came over and was apologizing and fussing at the waiter. That wasn’t enough for me, he was standing beside the manager smiling and she made him apologize. The manager took care of the bill and gave each a ten dollar gift card. Which still wasn’t enough for me. I asked for the owers information, call him while I was still there. I tried to tell the owner what happen, he couldn’t understand nothing that was coming out of my mouth until I mentioned calling the police. The owner said to me please do not call the police cause it could hurt the business. I had so many thoughts going through my head, but I didn’t react. All I can say, it’s the God in me.
It was ok, but nothing to get me back there again! Service was slow even we weren’t there at a busy time.
Best sushi!!! Their spicy California roll was beyond excellent! I plan on going back every time I am in the mood for sushi.
Middle of the road sushi joint. Sushi bar height is oddly high, or the seats too low.
I went late one night for my first visit. Maybe an hour before close and they greeted me a very energetic welcome & didnt seem to be bothered that it was late. The service was great and ive JUST got into eatin sushi & I think their food was great!
