Best kept secret in Hampton Roads?. This family owned restaurant is amazing. I go there atleast once a month, always get something different, and have never been disappointed. The customer service is top-notch. Definitely something you wouldn’t expect at such a small place. Chicken adobo with vegetable pancit is by far the most popular dish between my group of friends when we go to Totoys, but like I said…. Try something different, you won’t be disappointed!

Yummy. I finally decided to go try this place out and I must admit I feel silly for waiting so long to try it. The food was good. I wasn’t expecting it to be that good but boy was I wrong. It’s small and quaint.I will be back real soon
Go to spot. This is my go-to spot for Filipino food. I have never written a review for it before and I decided that I should because the food is really good. the food is great they have excellent customer service and its always hot and ready for you when you go and get it.
Totoy’s Delicious. You will love the pork bar-b-que and the beef steak (carne prita) It taste just like home – (Bacolod City)I am so happy to have my carne prita and rice!!!
Fresh food and reasonable prices but not the greatest Philipino food out there so I can’t really vote up or down here. I’d like to try some more of their dishes.
Great. The service is nice and employees are friendly.The food is good, especially the lumpia and chicken adobo.
