Sadly closing the book on this place. I’ve frequented Acacia over the last 10 years more times that I could count. I was very proud to take business partners and friends there until the last few times I’ve been there. I kept giving the benefit of the doubt to a place I once cherished. What I value most in food establishments is consistency and service and I think Acacia has lot both of these ingredients. I’ve tried to address my latest concerns with the management but I never got any responses or even acknowledgement. Maybe they got too big to value their old customers. Perhaps in Richmond, attitude does not work like it does in big cities. Bad service is a result of lack of training, or employee dissatisfaction and lack of management concern.There are new establishments in Richmond that are eager to get your business and have more innovative cuisines.Good luck Acacia
