Don’t let the unexciting exterior fool you. Level is a serious Japanese restaurant with fresh, excellent sushi and delicious Asian entrees. The gyoza are the best I’ve ever had – and my late mother in law was Japanese and made them often. $4 at happy hour!! Cannot be beat! We’ve had tuna rolls, yellowtail, specialty rolls… Always with the freshest of fish and tender, flavorful rice. The bar is fun with the led touch surface and the bartender is attentive without being annoying. The interior is open and airy and light, without too much brightness. The all-you-can-eat sushi Tuesday nights is an overly well kept Fan secret. Give it a go. You’ll be glad you did.

Cool ambience but that’s about it. I’ve been to the level three times and each time I have been the only people were the people in my group. Granted we picked bad days but the atmosphere is not enough to persuade me to come alone again.I’ve only tried the Sushi and Sashimi combos so I can’t speak about the bento boxes. But for taste to price ratio my money is better spent elsewhere.It’s not terrible and I will probably come back with coworkers but not by myself.
