  Maybe has gone downhill?. I’ve been here before and really liked this place. It’s an awesome venue for live music, and they have a great beer selection, but the last time I actually ate here was a couple of years ago (and I remember really liking it).That’s why it was doubly disappointing to get such a bad meal last week. I got a vegan portabello mushroom risotto. It was bland, almost inedibly so, and I’m pretty sure those mushrooms weren’t portabello. My girlfriend (who has a better palate than I do) swears that the roasted red peppers were the cheap prebought variety.On top of the that, the side salad was decent but it was absolutely swimming in balsamic vinaigrette.Other diners did not fair too much better. My girlfriend got a personal pan pizza, which was just OK. And her salad had the opposite problem as mine – barely any salad dressing at all.I’ve heard that they recently got a new chef. Hopefully this is just them ironing out the kinks and not a sign of a permanent downhill slide.

  Good starters, beer and music. I love getting the appetizers here – would like to try their entress, but have never gotten around to it! Nice beer selection, which rotates frequently. Their sweet potato fries are probably my favorite in the area (compairable to Buzz and Neds SP fries), and a personal favorite are the nachos! Chocolate cake isn’t too bad either. Nice place to go on the weekends as well, always have live music.
