Great Ambiancec. Variety of food itemsCon’s1. Very bad service 2. Takes very long time to serve food it is so slow it will take at least 40-50 minutes to get food on table3. Tries to cheat on billsexamples:Date 01/05/2015 : 1. We ordered drinks and food. Took little time to get drinks and server took for evr to get food.We got bill which was shared by 3 of us. One of us paid 2/3 by cash and gave cards for remaining amount. Server gave us three different bills again (Cash was not taken in to account – probably pocketed by server). We raised this point to supervisor, after another 20 minutes this issue is fixed.Date: 01/22/2015 2. We ordered Pasta (Chicken Scampi). We were served wrong noodles with out any gravy (In other words, we got noodles with some chicken and bread sticks on it).Called server and asked him about this, he told that wrong noodles are used and said that he will get it fixed.Manage came asking if every thing is ok, we said no and told her same. After some time she got us one drink and server got us scampi again.Irony is noodles are fixed but no gravy (Sauce) and does not take like pasta. Dish haas dry noodles with some chicken, when we asked them they got us cup of juice and told us that this is juice you are asking for !!When we told manager again about this issue, she told that they wont charge for this item. We got bill, it has charge for drink which we never ordered.VERDICT: Please expect bad service and watch your bill. Bonus: Do not order pasta and watch out for your food if it is made right.

So-So. Have now visited three times in the last two months. Overall the place is beautiful (a little loud), the food is good, good prices, but the service……. Let’s just say, if there was one thing that needed immediate attention, it would be the service. As you enter the restaurant you are greeted by multi hostesses, kind of gets you excited, but once you are seated – ghost town. It’s strange, takes forever to get a waiter or waitress to notice you, but once your meal in on the table, they can’t stop paying attention to you, even so much as wanting to remove your plate as you are eating your last bite.Work on the wait staff and their table side manners.
HORRIBLE doesn’t even start to describe the experience I had. I went out with my family on a Saturday evening. Our waiter was okay (I’ve had better). Took for ever to get our food. My boyfriend and brother in law deep dish pizzas were just bread. All 3 burgers were extremely burnt…got them remade but it took a long time. Overall I’m not going back! It was just terrible.
Great looking establishment. Courteous staff and good service. Had the Crispy Jalapeo Burger and it was pretty bland. They offered to remove it from the check but I ate half out of hunger so opted to keep it on there. California Burger wasn’t too bad but just a bit buttery. Would come here again. Just for a different selection of food.
