Interesting. Stopped into Elevation Burger to try a new concept started in Fairfax, odd foot print for a store layout you walk in with the cash in the back corner out of door view. The burgers are cooked on a long conveyer cook belt interesting method to cook patties and toast the buns. They boast organic ingredients with fries cooked in olive oil overall the burger was small on the dry side, and my mushroom topping was coated in coarse black pepper, when I say coated to the point of being in eatable. I had to toss it out with only taking a bite, the fries were OK flavor was good, a little soggy and all clupted together. With so may burger places aound DC you’ll get better value and quality somewhere else.
