The menu looked great and I hadn’t tried this place before so at 11:51am yesterday I called them to order a pizza since I had conference calls booked all afternoon and wouldn’t be able to leave for lunch. The girl on the phone (lindsay) said 30-45 minutes and it would be there. At 12:47 I call and ask for an update on where the driver is and I’m told it will be no more than 5 minutes since a left a little while ago. At 1:02 I call again since it’s been 15 more minutes and I’m told by what sounded like a female manager that it’s actually 45 minutes to an hour and that he will be there momentarily. At 1:18 I call AGAIN and just tell them to cancel the order and refund my money. They explain they actually haven’t been able to reach their driver so he may still show up. Sure enough at 1:40 the driver tells me he has arrived and I inform him for them that I have already left to get something since he took 2 HOURS to deliver a pizza in the same zip code. Definitely will not try this place again considering not only were they late but they were flat out lying to me when I called for an ETA twice. If they couldn’t reach their driver how could they know he was 5 minutes and then momentarily away? Overall a very poor experience.

Cool Little Place. Lots of delicious sandwiches made on either an excellent pita or a toasted roll. Just had the Irish Gyro which was very good. My favorite is the Balboa.Also, they have a ridiculous amount of bottled beers to choose from to go along with the 15 or so on tap. Nice place to chill.
If you enjoy a good sandwich with just about any beer you could imagine , this is the place. Try any sandwich made on their homemade pita bread. The Phoenix is a good choice as well as the big dog. Stick with the chips and pickle as the waffle fries are baked and not as good as from the fryer. The lost dog dip is a good starter!
Tried their sandwiches. Good portion and flavor. Like the pizza the grilled Rueban was not grilled enough. Barely warm inside22 Mar, 2011Tried their pizza four times and have been disappoint on all. The flavors are good but the dough on all of them has been undercooked.
