This is the best place in the 757 that I have tried. The others claim they are the best but are mistaken. Cupcake Central serves awesome caked at an awesome price. The new store is cute and comfortable. The owners are friendly and very personable. They aim to please and I have never been disappointed. I am a loyal follower and highly recommend these little taste of deliciousness.
I would have loved to share a review, however, the two boys working at Cupcake Central refused my business on a weekday morning stating they weren’t open yet at 11:45… I think they were open, just lazy… But in any event, I’ll take my business else where to some place that wants it
Really disappointed. I am a cupcake fanatic, I seek out cupcake shops whenever I travel. I was excited to find a shop right on the beach. I purchased the $10.00 four pack. 2 orange creamsicle, one strawberry and one lemon. One of the orange fell apart as I attempted to retrieve it from the box, which really deemed it inedible, the other I was able to eat and was angry as I bit into a cupcake that had obviously been prepared from a box of Betty Crocker cake mix. I expected this to be a homemade cupcake with nice flavoring, it was none of that. The lemon and strawberry tasted boxed as well. Sadly disappointed.
Cupcakes tasted like they had been sitting out for a long time, were dry. Baker put frosting inside to try and keep them moist, but lets face it they are made too far in advance and placed in a freezer to taste moist
AWESOME CUPCAKES. My family purchased two groupons with cupcake central, unfortunately we waited until the last day to redeem them; by the grace of the cupcake gods the owner allowed us to redeem them after they expired. we took home 12 cupcakes and devoured with our thanksgiving dinner. The counter staff was more helpful they explained almost all 41 flavors displayed in the case. I would definitely recommend cupcake central to anyone. GREAT PRICES, EVEN BETTER TASTE.
Dear Cupcake Central Manager,This morning I received a call from your employeeJoy. She stated that the order I placed almost 2 weeks ago cannot be made ready as to to make the cupcakes for my daughters birthday party. Supposed to pick up the cupcakes at 11 but joy said she could not complete the order in that time frame she asked me what I wanted to do. Today is my baby’s first birthday and I should have been.informed sooner. I was hot about this. So I said just make my order without butterflies. One min later Joy call me back and stated she was canceling my order and I would have to take it up with Groupon and then hung up in my face. Yes I was mad but I need to do what was best to complete my order so I compromised but CC didn’t. First and last time ordering from CC.But still have my JOY!
My husband and I had a horrible experience with cupcake central we ordered cupcakes for our wedding and they were so cheeply done that we could have made them ourselves or got better ones from a grocery store it was so disappointing . We sent pics of exactly what we wanted and for the amount of money we paid we expected the cupcakes to look like the pics we sent since Joy the owner told us they would have no problem doing them the top over sized cupcake didn’t even have a cupcake wrapper on it and it was lop sided the decorations were horrible it was armature at best ! We also received the worst customer service ever the woman even had the audacity to start a argument with our wedding coordinator who simply asked if she had a box for left over cupcakes the woman stated we didnt pay for a to go box lol isn’t that common curtsy when you run any food business to have free to go boxes I am extremely disgusted and disappointed ! NOT WORTH THE MONEY biggest waste of time and money I have ever spent I want my money back !
