Start to finish everything was excellent! Nice glass of Malbec, Oyster Rockefeller was delicious, lobster tortelone, my Mom’s crab cakes was huge and Filet Mignon that could not have been cooked better. This was the best birthday I have had in a long time that ended with homemade Angel Food cake with blueberries and home made ice cream This restaurant is a gem for sure and the serve topped it all off. Can’t wait to go back.

Great meal!. I was in VB for a meeting and someone mentioned Eat: An American Bistro. A group of 7 went on a Sunday night and had an excellent meal. I had beautifully cooked and seasoned shrimp for an appetizer and Paella for my entre. It was one of the 3 specials of the night and absolutely delicious. Our server had told us that it could feed 2, but we ordered individually. She was right. It could have easily fed 2 of us. Our server was excellent and we all enjoyed our meal. Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but was delicious and worth it.
