Rude with a side of threats of cops. So we got there excited to get our grub on. We flagged down a waitressed, got a table, our waitress, ordered drinks and asked for menus. 10 minutes later our waitress asked us if we would like to order drinks, with no menus(or chips and salsa)… But we were cool. We asked again for our drinks, chips & salsa, and menus.We got menus a few minutes later and were asked if we knew what we wanted(?)(but she brought chips, salsa, & water so we were happy).We ordered food & reminded her of our drink order. To fast forward 90 minutes later, we were asked again what we had ordered(somehow the order got lost & we had not seen out waitress since our drinks came( We think she made them or there Bartender needs help). After found out the order was lost & the lack of communication. We decided to leave without our food.That is when the waitress told us we had to pay for the food or she was going to call the cops. Call the cops! We are new to VB, but that is bat$hit crazy. We will not be going back there; which is sad, we had hoped good things.

Spposedly she had no authority to take off the 18 points and nor can anyone in the restaurant it was not wrote on the menu that I will be charged 18 percent unless in a part of six or more. She stated her father was the owner and asked her to charged people on the weekend. I will never eat here again. They need new servers.
Very good food and best margaritas in town hands down. Been coming to this place since it open family owed and operated the presentation of the plates are awesome also to the person that’s posted about going to bay local or shore break there not a Mexican restaurant so you can’t compare them keep up the good job guys will see y’all Friday
Worst service EVER!!! (From a local). Family owned and they obviously don’t care. Waitstaff is deplorable…especially Liz. She threw our tip back at us because it wasn’t enough! I live within walking distance and even I wouldn’t recommend them…I would rather drive somewhere for better service. Try Bay Local across the street or Shorebreak….FAR better food and superior service, hands down!
Awful!! Service horrendous!! Waited 30 minutes for water. Would have left but met people there. Waitress had an attitude like it was an inconvenience to wait tables. She needs to find a new job. Order was wrong, not once but twice. And then had the audacity to act like it was my fault that she didn’t know the menu had grilled tuna tacos, not fried disgusting fish. Definitely don’t eat here.
Avg at best. Went there for lunch and the food was avg at best. Ordered carna asada and received something that resembled the sole of a shoe…tough and tasteless. The server had the personality of a rock and acted as though she couldn’t care less about serving us. Plaza Azteca has MUCH better food and the staff is MUCH friendlier.
For ordering pick up- the girl was rude and sounded like she would rather not be there. Customer service could have been better.
