I cannot speak for the beer here because we were headed out and could not drink. The beer might be top notch. I can, however, speak for the food and service. Maybe it was an off day, but it took two hours to get in and out. My friends had their food come out hot, but mine was cool to cold. I was wondering if maybe there were not enough line cooks to have all of the dishes come out together and be warm.I tend to enjoy spicy food, but it seemed like heat was the main way that they flavored the food. That said, the thing that I enjoyed the most was the jalapeo cornbread. It was pretty hot and might not be suitable for everyone.The crabcakes were okay. They were more breading than crab meat, so it was not Maryland style for those used to those kind with extra crab and little filler.The service was fair. We were left waiting for the check at the end when we really needed to be on the road. A few times my husband was left waiting for a refill, something that really should not happen if the food is spicy.I bet it is probably a decent place to have a beer, but I just was not feeling the restaurant part.
