Very friendly waitress and sushi chefs. They even gave me a free roll since it was my first visit. The sushi was very fresh.
Don’t mind Jana she only wrote 2 reviews and she is just a hater… Plus there are directions on how the 50% works. Inaka is one of the best sushi places on the east coast. Oh and I have been to Japan… That’s saying something about the chef’s in the place awesome skills.
Misleading!. We came down to visit our Son and Daughter-in-law and using the reviews we found here decided to give the restaurant a try for supper. There was a sign on the entrance and on the window SUSHI 50 % OFF.When we arrived, the place was not too busy, we ordered a good selection of sushi and then ordered our meal. Our meal arrived and it was mediocre at best. When we were almost thru with our meal, our sushi arrived. The volcano roll was amazing as was the Halloween roll. The rest of the rolls were okay. We received our bill and imagine our surprise when only 2 of the 7 rolls we had ordered were discounted. We asked the waitress who said that only certain rolls were discounted and only on a buy one get one basis. Nothing was said when we ordered and nothing was posted with the sign or the menu. Very disappointing!
Totally misleading reviews . So disappointed! The sushi was good… But our hibachi was absolutely abominable. Only come for the sushi.
This place is great! We will be back for sure! The staff was amazing and made my 16 month old daughter a special little miso and rice plate! I am going out on a limb here but I think I like this place better than any of the sushi/Teppan places in CA… Even in LA.
I love this place. The sushi is the best in va. Beach! My husband and I go here all the time. The staff is wonderful.
