Recently moved here and looking for a great Japanese restaurant that we don’t have to get all fancy for. My husband and questioned the place when we first pulled up. It’s in a shopping center next to Subway. But what a hidden gem. I am not a fan of sushi but back home there is a Japanese fusion restaurant that makes a to die for roll so I’m always looking for something similar. I asked the waitress and next thing I know the sushi chef said he will customize that roll for me! Really?!?! Kind of hesitant when it comes to the table and wow I was home again! It was perfect!!! The only negative was the steak hibachi was over cooked and dry but they had me at making me a roll that wasn’t even in the menu.
