This was my first visit and the food was okay. I had to wait 40 minutes for my order because of an employee error. I was then given the wrong side item. When I requested the correct item I was told there was an upcharge of $2.83. I was offered pie an soda for my wait which I declined but they refused to give me the sweet potato fries I initially ordered. At no point did a manager ever check on this problem. I left very disappointed and will not return.

A loyal customer. Really happy that we have a Pollards near our home. Once in a while they do get too much salt in the batter, but 99% of the time it is perfect !
Great southern food. Pleasant staff and atmosphere.
Love Pollards!. We had never tried Pollards outside of the occasional catered event, so we were glad when one opened near our house. We eat there about once a month or so an I’m never disappointed with the food or service. The manager is one of the nicest people and always makes you feel welcome. Our pick-up orders are never wrong and the food is always hot and delicious. Our kid’s schools do fund raisers there pretty frequently and we are glad they do!
Like eating a salt brick. I tried this place because my children’s school was doing a fundraiser, and a friend of mine said that the Pollards by her house has really good chicken. Apparently that location didn’t share their recipe with this one because the chicken was HORRIBLE. The fried chicken was so salty, I had to just throw it all away.
