Bad service, bad food. I ordered a burger and it came back raw, twice. We ordered it to be cooked medium well. After the second time it came back not cooked, we decided we didn’t want it. Although it was taken off the bill, the waitress did not seem very sorry, and we weren’t given a discount for the inconvenience of not receiving our meal. Very unsatisfied, and I will never come back. Not recommended at all
The Raven is usually a very good place to eat, I’ve been coming here for years. However our experience tonight is beyond HORRIBLE. It took us over 20 minutes to get drinks and then over an hour and fifteen (15) minutes before any food came. We spoke with the manager who WAS FAR LESS than helpful! She told us it was a busy weekend and that’s the way it would be, that showed us exactly where the problem was. To be honest everyone was too upset to enjoy the food and WAY TOO hungry. I have always supported this restaurant however will try MANY MORE places before going back. One of the worst restaurant and customer services I have had in my life.
