Stay away from this place if you want to continue to enjoy your day! There are MANY pizza places at the beach and you’d do well to find another. The pizza may be edible, but the rest of the menu is microwaved and the staff is horrendous!
Horrible experience!!!. Food was just OK to be sooooo expensive!!! The service was pathetic!!! My waitress was extremely rude!!! If you’re having a bad day, stay home!!! It is no need to take it out on everyone else!!! Pass on this place!!! Definitely better places to spend your hard earned money!!!
Terrible salad and customer service. I should first start out that the pizza is decent–not great but good enough. We ordered the pepperoni pizza so can’t mess that up too bad. But we also ordered a grilled chicken caesar salad and it was terrible. The lettuce was wilted and it was as if someone dumped a cheap bag of store bought croutons into the salad. It was like eating sand. I called and asked if I could be credited for the salad, and even though they admitted that they ran out of their normal croutons and the salad wasn’t any good, they would not credit me for the salad saying they do not do any refunds. The salad was $7.99–They took complete advantage of the fact that we are in a hotel and likely not going to be ordering again anyway as we aren’t local. Beware of the salads–and the customer service!
So we went in today and we they told us seat ourselves. After 10 minutes of waiting with no service another group was seated and helped to their drinks and no one even came to talk to us. We were outraged. We still gave them a couple more minutes and no one came. When we stood up and grabbed our things they finally came over but it was too late at that point. Never going again!!!
Vlad was a great waiter and he was super sexy and he was the only reason we came in. His manager was a dick and we asked if he cared about the customers and he said no and we later found out that he does not care about his customers or his workers. Vlad good owner no
We have been to VA Beach for the past three years and the one thing we really look forward to is eating a Roma’s. It is great food for a great price. And our service has always been great. Keep up the good work!
Great great great! Food is amazing and servers are fantastic! Gonna be my new favorite place to go every week!
