My Fiance and I have patronized at Zoes Restaurant in the past .Their food is exceptional, and it is a great place to bring out of town guests. We especially enjoy the appetizers.However, on Saturday, January 25 2014 for my Birthday celebration with my girls I had a poor experience. We advised that we would be late for scheduled RSVP ; however we were suggested to still come .We do understand the inconvenience; however this doesn’t justify the rude behavior of the staff .The waitress seemed to be annoyed. He did not smile or say anything friendly. We thought maybe he was having a bad night.Also for my birthday wish or treat .I was given a mint with a candle ; this was ridiculous for this caliber of a restaurant. I feel it is important that you be aware of the behavior of your staff.
Excellent!. The food and service was excellent! My husband and I went for our anniversary. We each had the tasting menu. The sommelier was very knowledgable and we had a great conversation about various wines and vineyards. With the tasting menu you can get the wine pairings. The sommelier will pick out the perfect wine with each course and explain why it matches so perfectly. The restaurant gave us an anniversary card and a beautiful rose. The attention to detail was phenomenal! Our server was very personable and made great recommendations. Will definitely return on more special occasions!
The food was nothing short of amazing! We did the chefs tasting 4 courses, with a wine pairing. The sommelier was nothing short a delightful, his pairings were perfect and timing was spot on. Give yourself a treat and enjoy a night of fine dining here, you will not regret it!
If you’d like a place that makes you feel like you are in an elite manhattan dining spot this is it. The food is incredible, the staff is flawless and the wine and drinks are impeccable! I recommend this place to everyone! It is charming inside with a very romantic atmosphere. Enjoy!
This makes 4 in the area. Went to Zoe’s last night with the family, 4 adults and this place did not miss a step; from the bread, salad, appetizers, side dishes and the main courses. My Dad stated that they cooked his steak perfectly, he wanted it on the rare to medium rare side and the other steak that was done to medium rare was spot on too. All the dishes were a delight; the one that stole the show though was the Crab Mac & Cheese. They did not go light on the cheese and especially did not go light on the crab. Every bite was an explosion of flavor in your mouth. Another plus, is that the place was not loud inside and felt intimate with the smaller size restaurant. Looking forward to the next time family comes in from out of town so we can take them out. We now have 4 restaurants that we would take guest too; in this one was just added to the list after our experience.
Wonderful experience. I cannot think of one bad thing about this restaurant. Great food, phenomenal service, and the atmosphere is quaint with a contemporary feel. Visit the $10 wine tastings, great time to taste normally pricey wine!
A slice of Heaven!!!. I have been going to Zoes for years and I absolutely love it! We went back to back nights last week because we just could not get enough. Their food, wine list, and staff are all amazing and make the experience truly memorable.
