Absolutely horrible. I ordered 2 large pizzas, one pepperoni, one just cheese. Both pies were delivered without cheese. How do you forget to put cheese on pizza? The person I spoke with was very rude and said she was the daughter of the owners. Don’t get food here. You will be disappointed.
This place is awful. The manager refused to speak to me when I had an issue. I had to call the bank because I have no faith in the integrity of this establishment, especially the manager who hung up on me. Avoid this place! Management needs some customer service courses!
Pizza was ok for years but today I recieved a pizza with hardly any toppings. Is the economy having an effect on quantity. I will not be going back. Very sad.

Goodfellaz has the best pizza in the roanoke valley. I have eaten at several other family pizza places such as Franks and Grace’s place but none of them compare to Goodfellaz; and the large chains such as dominos and papa johns can’t even come close. The staff is very nice and respectful and I’ve never been disappointed by a pickup or delivery. The only downside is now that I’ve moved to Botetourt I cant eat there as much but I stop off and get a delicious Meat Eater every friday night on my way home from work. Stop in and try them. You wont regret it.
Great food, but do you want to be treated like dirt?. Delicious pizzas, salads and desserts, but if you are planning on ordering from goodfellaz, be prepared to wait. last night i ordered from them, and i was told that it would take 45 minutes or less. i received my one pizza a little over an hour later. the pizza was awesome as usual, but their service stinks! the delivery guy didn’t even mention or apologize for it being late.the last time i ordered from them (before last night), i never received my order. when i called, they claimed that i was not home (i had been home all night), and that when they called, the lady who answered claimed she hadn’t ordered from them (my phone never rang). obviously, they not only have a problem making deliveries on time, but also with taking down the correct information from customers when they place the order. honestly, how do you get the address AND the phone number wrong??? on top of this, when i called to complain, the manager was extremely rude to me and made it out to be my fault that i did not receive my meal. in all, i would not order from this place unless you are prepared to wait perhaps all night for your order…or if you are going to pick it up on your own.
This pizza is some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. I got The Hitman (buffalo chicken) and my girlfriend got The Heist (ham alfredo and other). This is some seriously great stuff. The staff was incredibly friendly as well and great conversation. Great service, great food, great people.
