  Only go for the beer, which has an extensive offering. Food is terrible and service is slow and they will likely get your order wrong if you get it at all. BUT the beer selection is stellar.

  Not happy first time visitors!. My husband and I went for the first time last week and it will be our last. We went mid day. We had 3 bloody marys and some tuna bites (these were delicious) the service was terrible. We sat at the bar and the bartender wasn’t even there 1/2 the time and when she came out she was texting on her phone. Then when she brought our bill we were charged for 5 bloody marys. We pointed that out and she said she’d correct it, which she did and we signed and left. The next day we checked out bank account and we were charged for BOTH bills. The wrong one that we NEVER signed for and the correct one. Not happy. They are working on getting our refund but it takes 3 – 5 days. Good thing we had extra money in the bank!!!

  Absolutely horrible meal!. Maybe the beer is ok, just don’t order anything to eat. I met 3 friends for lunch at the Green Leafe yesterday. I asked the waiter what the soup of the day was. He grimaced and said he would check but he hoped it was NOT the leftover Chicken Tortilla Soup they had served the day before. It was terrible. I ordered stir fry vegetables over rice. You could barely pick out the few carrot sticks in the mass of rice and gloopy sickly sweet sauce. Totally awful.A friend of mine ordered a BLT. If you’ve ever wondered how you could mess up a BLT, order one at this restaurant. No joke, it was a double-decker, Texas Toast BLT with the worst bacon ever.If I hadn’t been with friends, I would have refused to pay for the 3 bites I ate. I will never go back.

  Avoid for food. This is my first review because it was so bad, overpriced, underwhelming, food took an hour, came out wrong, slowest waiter ever and by the looks of the other waiters, we got the good one, if you want to drink, get wasted and pick up nasty looking strangers, this is your place. DO NOT got there for food. Was so bad, could not even complain, people don’t like it when you tell them everything sucks.

  Good beer, but leave it at that.. The beer was great, but that was the end of it! An hour later with no wait staff interaction, the burgers finally arrived along with the appetizer . The burgers had nice flavor, but were barely warm. I think the fries were made yesterday and were completely indelible . Good as a student beer stop, but if you care about your meal, keep looking!

  Fun Pub, Lots of Beers!. Tony and I, along with friends went to the Green Leafe Cafe after spending time in Historic Williamsburg. It was a beautiful day but we were ready to sit down and enjoy a drink or two with snacks.We sat at the bar. It took Tony at least 15 minutes to go through the long list of beers (64 draft and 150 bottled) before deciding on a flight of beers yes, hes a beer snob or rather, a beer connoisseur. Carol enjoyed the woodpecker cider, Glenn the St George IPA, and I had a glass of wine (half price specials). I rarely drink beer unless Im sitting at a large table with Maryland steamed crabs in front of me.We shared the artichoke, spinach, and crab dip, which was served in a hearty brown bread just to tie us over before dinner. It was excellent. I love it when a dip is served in a bread bowl.This is a place I’d like to dry for dinner sometime.

  Brewski!. I recommend going on Tap it Tuesday. It’s a great chance to have some really good beers for dirt cheap.
