This restaurant is wonderful. My wife and I shared the black sauce with noodles and the honey seared shrimp. Both dishes arrived thermally hot and were more than enough food for two. The flavors were complex and just enough spice. The noodle dish was a large bowl filled with perfect, fresh noodle topped with the back sauce containing potatoes,onions, and pieces of pork. Mixing the ingredients and eating with chopsticks was a fun chore. The shrimp dish contains breaded fried shrimp with peas and other veggies in a very good honey touched sweet and sour sauce sauce. The plate also contains a small mound of coleslaw with a sweet mayonaise dressing and a scoop of really excellent fried rice. Prices are low and the service was fast and friendly. We will certainly return.
I love this place. Not the same old cookie cutter Chinese place. It’s different and delicious. The Spicey Seafood Soup with Noodles is amazing and is as good or better than the famous noodle places I’ve eaten at in LA. Go with an open mind and enjoy.
