My wife and I swung by last time we were in the area to pick up a couple of six-packs, but this time we decided to stop in for some refreshment on a hot spring day. Alewerks did not have anything suitably summery, but we enjoyed a nice IPA and a saison while sitting out on the little patio outside the taproom. Both were quite excellent.You can compose your own flight at Alewerks for $2.00 to $2.50 per sample, and they have pints and growler fills, plus six-packs of the beers that they do bottle. No real food is available, other than fresh half-pound pretzels.
