Parking was great, we ( 4 of us) were sat and given water and menu. 5 minutes later. The waiter took our order ( very slow) about 10 minutes later our order came. The eggs were hard (which is the I ordered) but they were dry. Bacon was nicely done. Alls of open space on my plate. On the other plate the pancakes were the size of a dinner plate. Nice! The waiter layed down one plate the that reached over to lay down another plate on the opposite side of him .plate They did forget all of our toast. My breakfast $10.99 Onch! It was a bad experience for all of of us.

The place was fine. Fine… not greatFood was priced for what you got. It was well presented. Good selection.Service was friendly, and good. The place needs more staff.. there is too much wait times, in line, to order, to receive food..This is a big management problem to fix..I would not go back

Uncomfortable, sad experience. I cringed upon reading the other reviews because that’s exactly how it was for us last week. We just moved to Williamsburg and noticed a pancake house on nearly every block. This was the first one we tried. It was strangely quiet with lots of empty tables and the music was playing too softly that you felt you shouldn’t talk loud. By the time we left, you could tell the staff was living in fear of the owner. The food was okay, but it’s hard to say since I was distracted by the way the staff seemed to walk on eggshells. I didn’t hear any yelling from the back but when I was getting ready to pay, I stood in line behind a man who was the coffee vendor. I guessed the very old, very cranky lady at the register was the owner. She had to be because there is no other way someone would keep her on staff. She was yelling at the man saying he’s supposed to come on Thursdays, not Mondays. He said he was a substitute and was delivering what he’d been given. She glared at him and when she saw me waiting she told him to move over. Very uncomfortable. I can only guess that anyone willing to work there has mother issues. We won’t be going back.

Horrendous. The environment is suited for an old folks home, with elderly staff, decor and odor. Their ham is canned and mushy. They didn’t even bring out the toast until we were almost finished eating breakfast, and it was horrible. The rest rooms were disgusting and the elderly female owner argued with me about the bill and service. Worst $34 breakfast EVER eaten.
