I usually go there when I visit my family in Williamsburg and it was pretty good – not fantastic, but acceptable. However,I went there just last week andit was horrible. First of all, the booth they stuck 4 people in is very small and 4 people do not fit comfortably- but they give no regard to that and do not care. I had to ask for another table, which we found a really nice, quiet one and no one was there and we were seated there by the waitress. Then a waiter ran up3 minutes later (after the other two in my party had gone to the buffet) and said the table was taken. Why was it taken? Because one of the restaurant’s relatives came in and demanded the table, so they made us move pretending like it was already taken. We ended up in the middle room with the dividers and it was horrible due to the noise of people talking so loud and echoing back from the dividers. Well, we figured since it is so busy, the food would be fresh and good, but it was the opposite – gross and like heated up old food. Then I tried the Mongolian grill – I just picked mushrooms, green peppers, and the very thin steak. The guy threw it around on the grill but then he threw something on it – more liquid (after I had just put garlic water on it). When I tried to eat it, it was so HOT as in hot pepper hot, that I could not eat it. I chose the mushrooms because there were no other mushrooms on the buffet – I was pretty grossed out by then. I will never go back.
