Great place! The food here is seriously delicious and very reasonably priced. The portions are huge, and are definitely made with love. The Reuben is amazing. The corned beef is very tender and fresh. The pancakes are huge. Will definitely return!
Very good diner food. An unexpected find in Williamsburg.
Best Breakfast in WIlliamsburg, VA. I am not really even a breakfast guy and I am a chef that has done more than my share of breakfast and brunch cooking. That being said, I find this place to be so awesome and one restaurant I am more than willing to get myself out of bed to visit. It is only open till 2 pm and is often packed, so be sure to get there early to grab a spot. The atmosphere is all about being a diner and has no shame in this. If you want a quiet and intimate experience, this is not for you. it is busy and the place is alive with chatter and people having a good time. The owner as almost always on hand being as friendly as ever and I find the service on both visits was very friendly and welcoming. I have gone with my wife twice and we love it. I invited my parents and my brother on the second visit and they had a great time and they are pretty picky. Most of the food is scratch made and portions are huge! I had the country fried steak and it is up there with the best of them. The biscuits are big and fluffy and the pancakes are the size of a record, but they are just packed with all the right flavor and be sure to ask for some sausage gravy to pour on that biscuit. The sausages and bacon are all local Virginia pork, and I always love to see fresh and local as a foodie and cook. Forget the ton of pancake houses that litter this town and the prepackaged IHOP and Cracker Barrel song and dance. They are a dime a dozen. This place is a fantastic local mom and pop joint that deserves all the attention it can get and is truly a powerhouse of a diner that really does it right. Perhaps Guy Fierri will make this his first stop in the ‘burg. It would be a worthy choice.

Great place to eat! Food was great. I had the samplerbfor beeakfast and the food was good. The pankakes are huge! In of my friends had the french toast and love it. Very friendly staff… will definitely return!
Great food, atmosphere , service. A reto 1950-60 notified. Good valued meses, well prices for the family. Visited several times, always nice. Note to foodielady… Quite writing negative reviews on all area restaurants that compete with you.
Stopped here while passing through town for lunch. Loved it! We will return again soon.
