Nice restaurant on the York River near Historic Yorktown. Our lunches were well prepared with fresh local ingredients. Definitely recommend.
Food was good. Service a little slow for 4 P.M. But order was correct. Loved sitting on porch. Loved that texted you so you could sit on Riverwalk and wait for call.
Canned mushrooms on the pizza, which had a sopping wet crust bottom. Extremely burnt shrimp for the kids meals. The poboy was good, but small. Will definitely never eat here again.
Great food and beer selection. I had the flounder sandwich the homemade tartar sauce is amazing. My husband had the Jamaican burger and he gives it five stars. Also some of the best fries ever.
Great atmosphere. Love the tapas and the garlic knots! Service is alright. The thing we really don’t like is the noise! The ‘background music’ is WAY too loud! It feels like you are in a night club; having to yell to be heard by the waiter or your table mates.
Fun place, great view. We enjoyed, ambience great, food just ok. Loved eating on porch but heaters were way too hot. Our service was good, did notice some others had issues.
Well it was a slow Tuesday and this place only had around 5 tables total, and my girlfriend still had mediocre service… my drink was empty my entire meal and the waitress wasn’t around…the hummus tapas plate was terrible, and burgers lacked flavor… needless to say we will be sticking with Yorktown Pub from now on!
