This was my first time trying Korean food so I have nothing to compare it to. However, if all Korean food is like this, then I am a convert. Very attentive service.
I had the avocado and cucumber salad and the basil chicken for lunch. Both were fabulous. The salad had a miso dressing that worked well and was really good. The basil chicken used Thai basil and the flavor was good. Never saw the basil in the dish but the flavor was there. The dish came with the choice of miso soup or their house salad I choose the miso soup and it was just regular miso soup. Other people got the house salad and it looked really good.
This place lives up to its name. The service is always friendly and attentive and the food is very good. The menu has a good mix of Japanese, Korean, and Thai options. I’ve been here several times and my favorites so far are the katsu curry and the spicy pork bulgogi. The korokke appetizer is a good way to start, but don’t go overboard on appetizers. At dinnertime they will usually supply kimchi and some cubed potatoes as appetizers at no charge. Many entrees come with a soup or salad also. This place is tucked away in the corner of the Shady Banks Shopping Center so don’t miss it. It’s definitely worth a visit!
Awesome everything. Freshest sushi around. & everything is just delicious! I’ve been there about 10 times since they opened! Very satisfied customers here!
