Delicious roof deck. So this place was even better when I could walk from home, but they have consistently good tacos, guacamole, and beer selections. Great for catching up with friends or watching a game with others. It’s best in the Spring and Summer when the roof deck is usable without shivering.
YUM !!!. There isn’t one thing on Surfside’s menu that will disappoint. Everything is delishous and made with fresh ingrediants. No skimping on portions here. Price point is right on target. My favorite dish by far is the Grand Cayman- comes with beef. I would eat here every single day if I lived closer.
Unique and delicious. I often makes trips to this area for work and only recently tried Surfside. Pleasantly surprised at how good it was and that I was able to get queso fresco on my burrito! I’m a vegetarian, so it was awesome that I had a choice of grilled veggies as opposed to the onion/pepper/maybe something in season selection I’m used to. If you add lots of things the price rises quickly! Hear they have an open rooftop, and will definitely be back again soon!
Best Burritos in DC. Surfside has one of the best burritos in DC. They are a little pricey, but come with a delicious salad. The meat comes straight off the grill per order and all of the other ingredients are very fresh. Definitely worth a try.
Decent food but only standing room to eat it. Lack of an adequately sized seating area makes this a miserable place to eat. Consider for take-out only.
Enjoyable fish dishes in a low key eatery.
Chipotle for Grownups. Stopped by Surfside by accident and was happy that I did. Had a blackened fish burrito and it was probably the best burrito I’ve ever tasted. Can’t wait to head back manana!
