Great atmosphere with a rustic warehouse feel. The lunch selection was limited but varied with options like chicken, shrimp and fish. The price is reasonable. Love the southern flare in a really up and coming area.
This place, if you sit outside, has mice and rats. If you mention to the manager or waiter they shrug their shoulders like they have no control and could care less. There is no rodent control whatsoever and it is hard to even enjoy the food when you are worried about mice and rats running right under your feet. I wish I had taken pictures to share here but unfortunately I did not because I was too grossed out
