You don’t order the pizza here. Yes I know ‘pizza’ is in the name, but as other’s have stated, their wheel is pretty lacking. Regrettably, I’m afraid some folks will never find out about their chuckwagon sammies, which are pretty darned decent. Fresh made pita pockets, filled with several meat and veg options of choice. They are good, especially eaten warm out of the oven. If their pizza product was as good as the sandwiches–or even their cheesebread–they would be opening more restaurants, and not closing them. Rude service!. We ordered just 1 large pizza for delivery and the women was extremely rude over the phone and snappy. after 2 hours of waiting we called back to see if our pizza was on the way and the women was even more rude. She said uh your pizza is already out the door then hung up! And we received a cold doughy pizza! We will never eat the airway heights rosa’s again
I LOVE the Cheney location, eat there all the time and get the same thing every time. Being in airway heights I figured I would try this location. Order my exact same order, that I get about once a week in Cheney. First they said they couldn’t do it. Then said they could. When they brought it out my cheesebread wasn’t cooked at all. When I asked if I could get it cooked a bit longer, the worker refused. Biting into the cheesebread was biting into pure dough. Slimy dough. Since I got the buffalo chicken kind the worker told me she could only Cook the cheesebread so long and that the sauce was the cause. No offer to make another, no offer to do anything. I’m so disappointed. This has never happened at another location. Quite frankly, as someone who works in food, this would not pass health code. The chicken was cold, the dough is uncooked. I still love Rosas, but I will never return to the airway heights location.
