Good food, constant attention. The Buckhorn must have cleaned up its act, judging from older reviews here. Or maybe the night shift is just more efficient! Arrived very late after a long concert on a Saturday night with a friend–left stuffed and happy. Food was really good for the price, I thought, especially desert. Service was cheerful, quick and almost overly attentive. Did I mention that, for the price, the food was good?! Fresh apple slaw, what tasted like home-made ice cream, etc. We didn’t have wine, and we got out of there for just under $50. The decor is cheesy, but food was fresh, fast and a good experience.

Breakfast in Spokane. I rarely have had the food and service be so dismal. I have never, until that meal, not left a gratuity. But the service was apathetic and inattentive. I should have known when the food came out so quick from the kitchen that I was in trouble. (That was the only thing that was quick). Please get a new wait staff and chef. Your customers will thank you.
Eh…it was ok. The restaurant had a few full tables when we went in to the lounge but soon cleared out –leaving only a handful of people milling around an odd little uncomfortable bar. The bartender was extremely nice and very efficient so we’ll say we liked this place. Didn’t order food but from what we saw being delivered to other tables–it looked ok. My boyfriend and I enjoyed a few drinks and stayed until the new bartender showed up for her shift….she was obnoxious w/ an attitude and seemed too preoccupied with being the center of attention to give her customers any…so we left.
At least i didn’t pay. Once again a bad meal at the Buckhorn. this time courtesy of my girlfriend. she liked hers. must reevaluate this relationship. haha
