Surprisingly good pizza for a casino food court kiosk. Seriously, I’ve had way worse in some of the hoity-toity joints in the metro. Our gal hand-tossed the dough right in front of me, told me when it would be ready, and passed it off to nice front counter staff for purchase. Crust was NYC thin, chewy, and toppings were just right. We enjoyed it watching sports in Liquid (one of their bars) with a pint and a happy lunch time Monday crowd. Nice job, Kalispel Tribe.
