  It’s a nice place right at the Arlington Airport. Cheerful and energetic staff that makes you feel special. I’d ordered for a Veggie Burger which I chose to have along Salad with Ranch dressing. Both Salad and the burger tasted delicious. It was a quick lunch and hence didn’t get an opportunity to taste other dishes. Nice place to have nearby my office. Will surely visit again!

  Great breakfast! I had the large breakfast with pancakes and over easy eggs and it was so delicious! And…. So much food!!! Of course it was because it was large! Duh! That’s ok – I was hungry. The coffee was good too and that’s important. The service was very friendly and timely. They kept. Moving back for refills on the coffee and water. The bacon was nice and thick as well as cooked perfectly crisp. The atmosphere was nice – a little loud because it was small but for the food – worth it. Clean and well taken care of.

  Good food but disappointed in the service provided by some employees. My wife and I have been here a few times and we’re finally excited to find a good spot for breakfast after moving up this way. But like another review pointed out some of the employees don’t take kindly to what they don’t view as the norm. One time we went in we were seated by the walkway and no matter how much room I left behind my chair, which chair I sat in, or how squished I was up against the table, every time the same waitress (the one that runs the place now) would walk by she would kick my chair or bump her elbow into me and not say a word about it. The next time we went in we were seated in the back portion of the building by and older gentleman who is a regular there. When the waitress (same one as before) came back to take his order he whispered something in her ear and they both looked at me and laughed then continued to whisper back and forth to each other while staring at me. Our service was then passed off to a different waitress who is always a very sweet lady. But each time the other one would go back to the man by us they would continue to make comments and laugh or make disgusted faces. I made a comment to my wife about it but made sure they could hear it and know that it wasn’t appreciated. I was irritated after the time my chair was repeatedly kicked and I was elbowed no matter what I did to avoid it, but the last time was enough. We will not be returning and will be finding another establishment to support and another waitress to give kind tips to.

  When I was literally drag into Ellie’s I was very upset! I thought here we go again, he’s found another hole in the wall that has cheap food, crappy service and guilt later for even eating there. SURPRISE!!!!! This may be a little place and a little off the beaten path but worth finding!! Prices are unbelievable for what your getting!!!! Sorry Ellie for judging you by his past indiscretions! Really though this is an awesome little place to do and eat at. I have been known to go in for lunch and have my leftovers for supper. GREAT PLACE!!!

  By far best chow in town.its a small unseen place but dont, let that fool you, the portions of food you get are amazing,and very inexpensive . Those cooks know how to pump out the goods. I give Ellie’s a (9). P.s. I have never rated a place a (10), reason being, just havn’t seen one yet….
