Awesome pizza and service.
Saturday night at Rocket Alley. Drove up to Arlington with a group from Seattle and dined at Rocket Alley for the first time. It’s a fun lively place. Restaurant, bar, 6 bowling lanes all packed with families and couples. The place has been recently restored it looks like, sort of reminiscent of the long lost Tiny Naylors on Sunset. The wait staff were extremely prompt and very friendly. I ordered the Western Spice BBQ Burger and it was a great hamburger, rivaling the chili burgers at Tommy’s in Los Angeles on Rampart. The bun was a very fresh Kaiser roll, the burger itself was perfectly cooked, and stacked on the burger were shaved fried onions, honey ham, Swiss Cheese, mayonnaise, and a perfect fresh deep green lettuce leaf and homemade BBQ sauce. Worth the drive! It’s on the old main street, Olympic Ave, which for those of us who’ve only driven through Arlington bypassing Olympic Ave on our way to the Mountain Loop Highway, is a very pleasant discovery. Charming place!
Rocket. Wife and I eat there alot. Food is better than Bobs burger and brew. Atmosphere is kid, family and just plain old partying friendly. You can watch bowling while you eat or go grab a lane. Awesome wet bar. All the drinks and beers. Lot’s of flat screen tvs throughout. Staff is happy and energetic. You will want to go once a week after you try it out. Bday parties for anu age. Went to nephews 5th bday there and my buddys 32nd. Dont take my word for it. Go try it out.
You won’t find a better, more fun place to eat. The food is wonderful, staff is friendly and accommodating. The newly remodeled interior is clean an inviting. It’s like going back to the fifty’s. The outside beer garden is especially fun during the summer. The Arlington car show is a great time to visit. I highly recommend that you try this great restaurant and bowling alley.
Great Food and Atmosphere. My wife and I have eaten at the Rocket Alley in Arlington on several occasions. The food is some of the best in Arlington, and certainly not your typical bowling alley menu. The staff has been courteous and professional each visit. Try their pizza, puts the big name chains to shame. Taco Tuesday is my favorite, huge home style taco at a great price!
