Owners Chef Tamas and Chef Tae are passionate about chocolate and pastry. While training in Belgium they ate many waffles so this was added to the plan. While primarily a production facility the tasting area serves both Liege and Brussels style waffles - sweet and savory, chocolate fondue, bakery items, pastries and chocolates.
