A tour guide recommended Harbour house. What a gem!!! It’s off the popular path through town but worth the search. The staff and patrons were very friendly. I was traveling alone but never felt lonely there. I ate the seafood verde special. It was GREAT!! Fish, mussels, calamari in a tomato and green chile broth. Not spicy, just perfectly tasty!!! I don’t drink beer but they had an extensive selection. A must if on the island.
Probably the best burger we’ve ever had with fresh, farm raised, organic beef. Wow is their house made pickle relish amazing! If only I could get that recipe. Such a fun stop during our day trip to Bainbridge Island.
Great Spot For Local Brews. Harbour House has a great atmosphere with an incredible view of the marina and harbor. Good selection of local microbrews. The only food item I’ve tried is the calamari. It looked great, but it was way too salty. I love sitting at the bar, drinking ale, while watching the inner workings of the dumbwaiter deliver food from the kitchen downstairs. I will have to try some of the other food items. Hope they aren’t over-salted, like the calamari.
No children allowed. Over 21 only. Bummer with have three beautiful kids.
A bad evening?. Tonight, inattentive servers. After finally taking our order. We were served. Didn’t see the server again until she brought the check. The Asian salmon is no longer good and was poorly presented. A pile of dry spinach. Then a plop of rice with a piece of greasy salmon on top and a few strings of cabbage covering the salmon. Very little Asian flavor .
Yummmmm. The best sweet potato fries with mango salsa! Big enough to share. My favorite thing to order when I go.Warm weather view from back patio is beautiful and calming
