The first time I was out hunting for Allison’s my phone died on me. I wish I could download the maps to my brain ;)Anyway the time I made it to Allison’s was in fact the perfect day, the first day of fall.The cafe is pretty and does remind one of the beach. The chandelier , the art work , the blue interiors. It all works well. They can accommodate 22 -24 people . I went in the hope of grabbing some desserts but they bake a small quantity and it runs out pretty quickly.I got myself a Breakfast sandwich , a Berry scone and a Hot chocolate .The sandwich was tiny and perfect. The Berry scone was just mildly sweet just the way a scone should be.It is a one man show out there. He is always on his heels and manages everything well. Afternoons are not that crowded. I bet mornings are the time to hit the spot. They even do catering!I like this quaint cafe and I am going to be paying them visits very often.
