Steve and I were in this neighborhood wanting to go to another restaurant to eat at but the wait was so ridiculously long we went looking for other restaurant options. So coming across Brunswick & Hunt was more through coincidence and chance. For some reason I didn’t have this place bookmarked which surprised me too but it all turned out to be a very satisfying experience.Like the other restaurant, Brunswick & Hunt was very busy too but the wait was cut down to minutes instead an hour and a half. Normally the restaurant is open in the evening hours during the week but on the weekends they do brunch and it was in that time frame when we arrived.Steve and I shared a fantastic Bloody Mary here. It had a great spicy kick to it and had a good amount of garnishes to enjoy with it. Excellent! To eat I got their Vegetable Hash which was excellent! In addition I got scrambled eggs which also were fantastic as well as two pieces of toast with homemade jam. Everything we ordered had a wonderful farm to table notion to it which I steadily love more and more as the quality of the products are usually so much more superior and more flavorful.I would be interested to try their dinner menu… for sure I will return for brunch though!

Corn Bread with honey butter from Brunswick is enough to go back there again. Was there at dinner last week with our friends and another plus to this place, it’s kids friendly. Our server was wonderful and very accommodating. My husband ordered the Brunswick Fried Chicken and it comes with root vegetables and truffle honey. The chicken is deliciously juicy. I got the Bison Burger and they wrapped it in Pancetta which makes it really good. Bison patty are usually on the drier side but with the Pancetta, it paired well.
