I have to say, barista and the lady owner were very sweet and friendly..coffee ??? Could be better..nevertheless – I now consider myself regular – for sure
Tasty. Firehouse was right there when I had a break from a quilting class across the street. I found it busy, but friendly & quick with my order, which was delicious!
I should have known better…..the service just keeps getting worse here. I said 3 months ago that I was not going to Firehouse again. I was in a hurry, and this is the closest coffee place to my house so I said, it must be betterby now….. Well not only is the service worse, the little idiot kid behind the counter proceeded to belittle me. Without going into great detail, I told him what I thought of him, left with my lidless 20 oz. Coffee and a new found respect for Caffe Fiore! Avoid Firehouse coffee at all costs! I know I won’t be back.
Just ok…. If you don’t have the time to walk a few blocks north to Java Bean or about 7 blocks east to Cafe Fiore, this place is ok. The coffee is fine, much better than the corporate shops, but not quite as good as the other two I mentioned.The staff is, however, very friendly at Firehouse. Good customer service is always worth rewarding with tips, even if the joe comes up short. 🙂
Good place if you have kid(s). Service is nice and quick.
Decent. Not the best in Seattle, but better than some. Service is good. Convenient drive-through. Scones are excellent. Shop uses local beans.
