Sophisticated cocktails in a dive bar environment? Sure, why the hell not. This is Seattle. Bring it on. My own town needs more places like this. In fact, every town needs more places like this.
Small space but BIG cocktails!. The space may be small, but the cocktails are big-time good! There is a small group space upstairs (maybe 3-5 seats), and the bar staff are willing to create unique cocktails to your taste. Don’t expect many food options, I think they only offer nuts or minimal snacks. Stop by on your way to dinner or as a late nightcap.
Intimate Atmosphere, interesting drinks. This place was really cool. Gorgeous decor, intimate lighting and seating. Interesting and complicated drinks made by a friendly bartender that takes his time. The additional love and care is worth it, yum! Note I went on a Monday night and there were about 20 people in there. If there were a bunch more it probably wouldn’t have been as enjoyable. Also, great music! Got me back on a Devotchka kick.
