Ballard branch of Li’l Woody’s. Enjoyed the burger, but the fries were cold and greasy and we got the wrong milkshake. The worst part was customer service- it seemed like a real bother for them to make it right. The replacement fries took 15 minutes. We were told they had a large to-go order that came in after we arrived. No apologies or offer of bill adjustments.
Eh…it’s okay… I have gone here a couple times and felt the same way after each visit…eh. The burgers are fine and so are the shakes. The fries are pretty good though. It is a burger joint so I like the food but there is nothing too redeeming that keeps drawing me back. Especially because parking around the area is rough. The service has always been really friendly though. Overall I like it but there are better burger joints around.
