Sooo Sad. I’ve been coming to this place since the family first purchased it. I was there when they got there liquor license and even helped celebrate with them. The quality of the food has definitely taken a nose dive. The salsa used to be chunky and taste fresh and now it tastes like Tapatio with cilantro thrown in. The servings have gotten smaller while the prices seem to keep getting higher. I really wish I had something more positive to say about this place, but other than the friendly staff, there really isn’t anything else I would go here for.

Worst $32 ever spent. If you like processed food from a bottle, this is your spot. Nothing tasted homemade and we were really disappointed. We were sure deceived by the 90% rating on this one.

Si! Si! Bueno!. I’ve eaten at Restaurante Michoacan many times. The staff is always nice and the service is always good.I usually get my food to go from them and it’s always ready for me to pick up when I arrive.I love the Burritos, Chicken en mole’ rojo, Enchaladas en salsa verde, and Chile Colorado. The fresh chips and salsa are very good to.They have a nice bar area that is sealed off from the restaurant seating area that makes for a quieter dining experience. Everything they make tastes great and the portions are large, but not to large.Parking around the restaurant can be a challenge on even a not so busy night because of their own customers and the Thai reastaurant next door. On street parking gets taken fast after the small parking lots are filled up at both places.

Love this restaurant!. The food is awesome, I usually get the beef fajitas. Very authentic and the service is A+. Michoacan is a family owned business and it shows with their warm hospitality . You won’t be disappointed!

Great Service, Warm Atmosphere, REALLY AUTHENTIC!!. The service here was great. Really warm, attentive, and friendly. They seemed so happy to serve us. The food was excellent- good portions (but not TOO huge, like some Mexican places) and seriously the most authentic food I have yet found in Seattle, and possible the state. I’ve been to Mexico several times and this was not only the real deal, but it tasted amazing. Seemed like a decent place to bring a family, too.
