Hiram Chittendens favorite coffee and ice cream spot. It’s true! I just talked with him yesterday!. This coffee shop took the place of Naughty Nellie’s at The Lockspot Cafe. They serve Whidbey Island Creamerys ice cream and 7 Roasters Coffee (roasted locally in Ballard.)Service here is friendly but be prepared to wait in line on summer days as there are many people touring the locks and in need of coffee and ice cream..
