I loved their Happy Hour!!! Yum, yum, YUM. I got two carnitas tacos and my husband got beef. We shared the nachos with out friends. I wish we could have tried more. But we had another engagement to go to. It’s spacious. Good amount of seating. And they have some tables on the sidewalk.
Unbelievably amazing food, everything tasted fabulous. Margaritas were superb. Service was absolutely dreadful. I mean some of the worst I’ve ever had. Waitress knocked over water glasses, forgot orders, did not stop by the table once to see if we needed anything. And for some reason she would only stand at one end of the table, there were 7 of us and we literally had to bucket brigade the foods and checks from the end because the waitress would not take 3 steps.
One of my favorite places to go. I am satisfied as long as there is one great thing to eat and the space is inviting. The great thing for me here is the nachos and I get carnitas instead of chicken or steak. They always have a lively atmosphere, with a nice ambience/lighting. Most of the menu is just okay but the nachos with a Negra Modelo is where it’s at for me.
The Ballard Place. Fun, great place for happy hour. Good drinks, good price, will be back soon. love the random antiques stuff.
Good Food/Atmosphere. I had a great Happy Hour experience here –> $5 for various plates. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and both bartenders were accommodating and friendly. My blackberry margarita and sangria were delicious, and the food was prompt and delicious! Will definitely return at another time to try the other Happy Hour food ;)~S
