Un Bien had been on my food joint wishlist since I moved to Seattle more than an year ago. I am happy I ticked it off last week. And I am going again!They are famous for Sandwiches and they really serve one of the best. We had the Smokin Thighs and the Sauteed Prawns Sandwiches.Loved the filling and the quality of the bread. The service was fast with no nonsense.Will be having the corn next time.

Ahhh the old Paseo vs Un Bien debate. Honestly I’ve avoided both for a while, partially because I’m sick of hearing about them and partially because the last time I went to Paseo after the changeover it wasn’t quite as good. Well I am here to tell you that Un Bien is better than Paseo is or ever was if that’s possible. Yes, you are going to wait in line a long time. Yes, you will have to fight to get an uncomfortable seat. Take out anyone? But the food is worth it. Every. single. time. There is so much flavor it is unbelievable. Vegetarians should get the Tofu con Gusto – you won’t be sorry. If anyone were ever to open one of these restaurants in a normal indoor sit down setting it might break the internet. Ps.
